Four States Fairgrounds is on the Arkansas side but not by much. Just off of I-30 has full hookups. Been to a FMCA 6state rally there but never stayed as a regular camper.

In 2007, on our way back to Wisconsin we stayed at a KOA in Texarkana, just off I-30 next to the state line, for one night. It was a nice clean rv park.
Happy RVing!

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "...holy s___...what a ride!"-Unknown
Second the KOA if you need FHUs. Mostly pullthru sites, convenient to the interstate. Noisy (road & construction) but if you're not in a tented rig, shouldn't be a big problem. Nice grassy area for walks, very clean bathhouse & laundry area. Narrow entrance at the end of a row of motels. If you're coming from the north/east, don't use the interstate exit closest to the CG, as getting from the exit ramp across 3 lanes of traffic to the left turn needed to reach the CG would be very, very tough for a big rig; only about 30-40 feet to make that move! Use the next exit to the east to get there. (We were not towing at the time we visited, so used the closest exit, and it was tough crossing those lanes of traffic in just a truck!)
Thanks for the quick responses. DH mom broke her hip and is having surgery today. Not sure if he's wanting to go, so we'd need res in a hurry. I checked park reviews and the KOA has good reviews and the hospital is off I-30 also, so it sounds like it would be convenient. Thanks for the info about the exits Kknowlton, we would be coming from the east. Thank goodness for feeder roads in Texas! We have a 26ft TT pulled with an F150.
Thanks again!
