The 2008 Arctic Fox 29V morphed into a 2009 model year by the time it arrived today. A nice little bonus. Another bonus was only one fault on the PDI!
The first order of business was to hitch it up with a standard hitch w/o W/D bars and take it to the state scales down the road a bit. Came in at 8,470# empty, except for a full propane tank and hot water heater. I guess that means our options added up to 430#
- Slide toppers on both slides
- 100 watt solar
- Electric heating pads on all 4 tanks
- Storm windows
- 3 Fantastic fans
The second order of business is to install the Hensley Hitch in the morning, the Progressive EPS in the afternoon and . . . then start loading the piles of stuff in our barn we took out of the Beaver.
The wife liked it so much she ASKED to drive it home. She never asked to drive the DP!
We leave in 10 days on our first trip in the new rig - back to the factory for an Arctic Fox Rally.

HI! I have a Nash 29V that has been a super trailer- lived in it full time for 2 years. You will enjoy yours, too, I am sure.

Nice TT, looks like you'll need to adjust your hitch to make it tow level. Looks way low in the front, may just be the picture.

Yea, looks like the receiver needs to come up a few bolt-holes. It looks like it is hanging low.

If you look closely you will see NO WD hitch installed. As steve stated he was on his way to have it weighed and then will install the WD hitch.

Congratulations on the new trailer. Nice looking rig. I see in your signature you have a Hensley hitch. Have you had a chance to pull with it yet? I noticed its not in the picture. I just pulled our 30U 1000 miles with one for the first time, and I couldn't be more pleased. We're leaving for the rally the middle of next week from Coos Bay. I'd be interested to compare notes on the hitch.
