Nice TT, looks like you'll need to adjust your hitch to make it tow level. Looks way low in the front, may just be the picture.

The trailer had arrived at the dealer from the factory barely an hour before we took that photo yesterday. I hitched it up to my old basic W/D hitch I had from an old Kit Companion. We left off the W/D bars so it would be easier to weight the trailer at the State Police scales. Actually, we had to make a 2nd trips to the scales last night because I forgot the techs had tested the FW system and left the tanks partially filled. The Fox FW tank sure drains slowly out of a 1/2 line; our Beaver had a 1.5" FW drain valve. Goosh!

We installed the Hensley today and re-weighed the rig again today with a couple of W/D bar settings. Only now I remember that we were going to do separate side weights too and forgot.

Even with the W/D bars tensioned, the K2500HD Chevy sags more than our '04 Ford F350 6.0 PutterStrokeDiesel, but it runs so much better!

Our Hensley draw bar has a 2" lift, but the front of the trailer is still down a bit much. I'll have to run the rear of the truck on 2" of lumber and see if a 4" draw bar is too much or not. Or, we'll modify the rear suspension with air bags or MOR/ryde.

Yesterday, the tongue weight of the empty trailer was 1210#. Today with the Hensley mounted on the empty trailer the tongue weight bumped up to 1380#, not counting the draw bar. That drops to 1200# with the W/D bars tensioned, including the draw bar.

I had a NASH product. It was a great unit other than a bad slide seal (and I was a rookie with slideouts then) I see you have slide toppers though so I think you will have many many years of trouble free usage. It sure looks nice on the outside. CONGRATS and have lots of fun. TIM
