I'll be at Steamboat Bend CG for eight nights starting next week and will be looking for a few good restaurants in the area. Any suggestions?
Thanks

If I were you I'd cross the bridge and head over to Newport Kentucky on I275 from the campground, head north on I 471. There are loads of
great restaurants right on the riverfront in Newport. There isn't much right near the campground. Enjoy!

Also you could go over the 471 bridge into Cincinnati. As your going over the bridge look down to the right @ the big round building with red trim and lots of windows, thats the world famous Montgomery inn ribs.(you have to stop in and give it a try)

Thanks, I appreciate the replies and I'll try them. There's also a Shells Seafood and Chipotle Mexican Grill close by. I guess those aren't worth mentioning?

Those are both chain restaurants. You can Google them and see their menus.
HERE is a Google map of some of the more popular restaurants and attractions in the city.

You would think I would know more about the city since I live so close and both my parents are from Cincy. But, I spent most my time there visiting my grandparents as a kid back in the 50's. Thanks for the link.

If you're open for something a little off the beaten path, try the Golden Lamb.
It's just off I-71 northeast of Cinn. in the town of Lebanon.

I also am a great fan of Maggiano's (www.maggianos.com). Yes, they are a chain but the only one in Ohio is in Cincinnati. It is located in the Kenwood Mall which is north on I-71. Personally, I think they have great Italian food, prices are very reasonable, and the size of their half-portions is amazing.

When I go to ohio to visit my relatives. I think they live on the western side in Delhi. We like to go to La Rosas Pizzeria
Skyline chili and Montgomery Inn
Skyline is one of those places you either really like or don't at all but when going to Cincy you should at least try Cincinnati Chili.
