I have a Sirius that I have cradles for in both my TV and in my TT. My TT came with an XM cradle, but I already had a Sirius, so I changed-out the XM for a Sirius cradle.
I really like the 24/7 commercial free NA$CAR and "Classic Vinyl" stations. Occasionally, I listen to one of the comedy channels, as well.

One more hint...and this is a great item....
You can broadcast your satellite radio thru out your home....easy and cheap....just buy a excellent FM transmitter....this is the one I have...it broadcasts up to 150ft....I love it.
I got Sirius for one year when I bought the '06 Liberty. When it expired, I did not renew it. Just seemed to me that they spent too much time patting themselves on the back, and the programming wasn't all that interesting. Besides, it has a 6 CD indash player that will entertain me just fine.
When I bought the '06 Rubicon, I discovered that the previous owner had paid for the Sirius until August '08, by accident. It won't be renewed, either. Again, it has a 6 disc indash CD player/changer, that is enough entertainment for those brief periods when commercial radio can't be received.
Besides, commercial radio has local news, weather, and traffic reports. Satellite radio doesn't.

I have XM which I am going to cancel. Far too many commercials on the talk channels--as many or more as regular radio. I was pleased with the consistency of the reception but I simply will not pay a monthly rate to listen to commercials, particularly when the music channels do not have interruptions. I suppose if I listened to music only, I would keep it. If XM stops the practice, I will subscribe but until they do, no more.
Have XM now, Sirius for 4 years previous. Won't be without SAT radio again. Love being able to know what stations are available. Traveling in the expanses of the west you either get no radio, a single religious station or just plain crappy radio.....
We dropped XM after one year.Their two classical stations do not stand up to the classical stations that we can get here in SW OHIO.Plus,XM breaks up in the mountains. Now they won't leave us alone.

I got XM as we spend the winter season in Quartzsite AZ and if you have been there you know, no NPR radio or much of anthing else. So with XM I get CNN radio news which kind of sucks. and a few others like FOX No thank you. Well XM sez they hve NPR but it is not the regular NPR and no news to speak of. The few music channels are of the music we like are good, 99% of what is offered is not what we want. I turned it off while we are back in real radio range this summer. We will see if I turn it back on this winter.
I have had XM for 5 years and would not be without it. I have the SkyFi that I move between the House, Trailer, and the portable box. In my daily driver I have a built in Pioneer Unit with NavTraffic. I did try Sirius for about 6 months, but the DW likes tennis and Sirius has no Tennis.
