My TT weighs 3600#'s I am not sure what size the hole is for it. I would like to get a electric power jack for it. What recommendations can you make? Where is a good place o look(ie: Ebay,RV dealer?).

Our trailer weights 3200# empty and 4400# fully loaded, we have an ATWOOD 3500 which has been in use for some years now without any problems. When looking purchase the largest capacity jack your budget will allow should you upgrade your trailer you can move the jack to the new trailer. Best place to look is on Ebay (But sometimes they gouge you on shipping so watch for that) and some independent online dealers which run specials now and again. Barker, Atwood are the most common names you will hear and both are rated very good.

what ever model you get, try to get the largest one you can afford. If you ever get a larger TT you can take this one with you. buy only once. do not throw away the old hand jack. you need to put it back on when you trade up.

Mine's an UltraFab 3500. Got it *new* on eBay® and I've been pleased with it. Honestly, any of the three major brands will do the job and they're easy to install.

Since you obviously seek simplicity, also consider getting yourself a cordless drill for the stabilizers.

How do I find out the size I need? Are they standard? I see most are either 2" or 2 1/4".

since our tt is pretty heavy I figured it was 2 1/4, which it was, you may want to take off you hand jack and measure the hole. Or get the 2 1'4 and you can ream out the hole to fit.

On our Surveyor SV291, the hand jack had a 2" tube but the hole in the tounge is 2 1/4. If you you can look under the tounge, check the gap around the tube, Large gap means you have a 2"inch tube in a 2 1/4 hole, small gap, 2 1/4 tube in a 2 1/4 hole
