Monday we will be in Ridgefield, WA., then headed to Brazel's in Centralia, WA and on to Soap Lake. I cannot locate a Blood Assurance there. Can anyone recommend a location where I can give blood, in either of these areas?

You might try searching Google for Life Source or Red Cross or `where to donate blood'

I had already tried the Red Cross. It seems Life Source is in the Mid-West. I found a site that will search for a blood drive by zip code, but no blood drives in the area. I'll keep searching...

Thanks,

Rebecca,
try a local Red Cross bank, most will have a drop in center. you do not need a 'drive'

Ridgefield are red cross

They will not take ours. Spent to many months in Europe after 1980. They are afraid the whole family could have Mad Cow! A lousy 6 months. Anyone who has spent 6 months in Europe after 1980 can not give because of the Mad Cow thing.

I donated blood one time and had to go thru a lengthy questionaire and interview. That was ok by me but it took about one hour.
After a few months I went back to donate again and they wanted to repeat the entire process. I said there was no change but they could not take the chance. I left and never went back.
