We were planning a trip out West but because of fuel prices (unleaded is $2.30 a gallon) we came up with the idea to visit all 52 counties (municipios) in our state of Nuevo Leon in a four to six week period. We will consume less fuel, stay close to home and boondock the whole time. We will be leaving the second week of July.

We are going to Lake Erie and Niagra Falls for a week in July. Just wish we had more time.

Gas just hit $4.17 per gallon here (Arizona) at the usual gas stations. If you go to Costco, you can still get it for $3.90.

We leave next Sat. for a 16 day trip thru LA, MS, AL, & FL. We will spend 9 days at Fort Wilderness in Disney World, 1 day at the Jellystone in FL, several days at the beach (Topsail), and state parks in between. We haven't been out since March for Spring Break. I don't like to camp when we are in Tornado season. Too scary for me. We can't wait! I think we'll travel right over 2500 miles total. DH could give a better estimate. Happy Camping to all, QT2

Going to my DW's family reunion in Panama City Fla. Leaving the 20th, will get back end of July. We went to Yuma and then South Texas this winter. Not looking forward to the fuel bill going to Fla.
