There really isn't much to Gwynn's Island. Mostly homes and a restaurant or two. We have an employee whose parents have a house there and she says there is a CG but she thinks its mostly seasonals. There are some historic sites within driving distance but the main activity in that part of the world is boating. Hope this helps.
Looks like a very cute place...Only problem I see is the W/E only...That would
be rough especially for seasonals, but still looks like a cute place and a nice
trip to get away from it all!

I live close to Gwynn's island and there is next to nothing to do there. We are going to New Point campground later this month and it is close to the one on Gwynn's Island but has full hook ups, a pool and a beach on the bay. There is some great fishing is the area (the worlds largest craoker was caught nearby)if you like to fish. This is an area where you come to relax at the campground and thats all.
