I keep about all of the above, but I also keep the sugar, flour, cereal etc in some canisters(plastic jars) that I got at the dollar store. I also have one for all of the packages of mixes...gravy, sauces etc sealed in one. I have a large tin that I keep full of snack cakes, candy etc for the grand kids. About all I have to add is meat, fresh veggies and fruit, milk and bread. Sure makes it easy to get ready to go in a hurry.
Sodas, Chips, Dips, Beer, Water, Coffee, Creamer, Sweet-N-Low. That is all you need according to my BH. Aren't you suppose to eat dinner at the local establishments to help the economy and taste the fine quisine in all these little towns that we visit?

I have made my own list of supplies, set-up, tear-down, etc. have printed them off, laminated them and use an erasable marker to check off when things are completed or when I use an item on a supply list. You can then just use a damp cloth or paper towel to erase when you're done for that trip and start again on the next trip. (you can also use a grease pen, but they are harder to wipe off) Keep them in a three-ring binder so we know where they are.
Yes, I am an anal virgo!! ha! But we won't leave with the antenna up or the awning out!!
I usually stock pantry with a can of beans, spaghetti and jar sauce, Kraft dinner, a pkg or 2 of chicken noodle soup, hot chocolate, iced tea crystals, peanut butter, coffee, tea, cereal, instant oatmeal, marshmallows & choco covered graham cookies, pie filling(for pie irons), trail mix, popcorn, chips and granola bars etc. . .
Then before each trip, I plan a menu and take only the food needed. It has worked out well for us.

I always like to pack my Irish 7 course meal..........six pack of beer and a potato.......
Other than the usual salt, pepper spices and whatnot we try to plan most of the meals before we leave. We don't usually leave the trailer packed since we turn the fridge off.
We did pick up some nice steaks at Costco though. They are individually frozen filet mignons that come in a six pack and can be cut apart for easy storage.
