We are heading out to Yosemite over the fourth. We just came back from ten days going to and coming back from Yellowstone. Not going to change anything as long as both of us can keep working. And you are right more hot dogs and less steak, more home cooking and less going out to eat.

I'll be at Daytona from June 28-July 7 for the Coke Zero 400.

Strictly work related!

We canceled our 4th Of July plans, not because of fuel costs but because we have family coming in from out of town and it will most likely cost us more because we'll be doing alot of the local attractions with them. Oh well, spending time with family is priceless.

We are still pulling our TH to Marysvale in August about 1000 mile round trip but it will be worth it to spend time with family and friends.

Im not cancelling anything, but didn't have any trip plans to begin with either. Gas is just way too expensive.

$4.58 for 87 octane today.

Far as I can tell its gonna cost me $54.00 more to go to Pizzmo this year, I have been discusted about the price of gas but still going to Pizz for the 4th. Might be the only long trip this summer, will have to hang out at the close spot for riding.

I can see next dez season we will be staying longer and taking less trips, prolly really look into keeping the trailer out there as well. No big trips planned, the 4th will be my daughters first birthday and we are taking the hauler all of 5 miles to the beach for her party, be the cheapest trip of the year! glad I have access to the mex diesel for now!

We're going to be in Cal City that weekend. My DW is going to take advantage of some extra OT on the 4th then we are hitting the road. I'm not making a truck and TH payment to let them sit on the drive way so we have to take them out and enjoy them with our kids. I know times are tough but I can't justify telling my kids that we can't spend the money on fuel when I'm at work for most the day.
