We always carry the Pirates of the Caribbean Game of Life with us. Don't know what started that, but everyone wants to be Captain Jack Sparrow We also pack cards so we can play rummy or war, and our Chinese Checkers and Dominoes. If we really get bored we set up a target and get out the pellet guns.

We love to play Apples to Apples. It's a board game, so a little bulky, but it has been fun for all ages and levels of intellect (which is just a nice way of saying you don't have to be brilliant to play). There is also a jr. version for kids so they don't look over your shoulder and give away what's in your hand!
With playing cards, we like 3-13 and 31. Also have played Mexican Train, which can get very long. Ladder golf is always popular, and friends brought their homemade Washers set, which was a fun addition. On a side note, we were at a park with a large grassy field where the kids set up an obstacle course (folded up camp chairs, other assorted camping gear) that they had to jump over and around, etc. They split into two teams and raced. It was great, homemade fun, and even the Dads raced once (I wish I had been videotaping that little event!)

Lemonade Stand Monopoly
Sting (dice game)
Dominos
Spoons
Candy Bingo (I bring way too much assorted wrapped candy - each player starts with five pieces and "pays" one piece per card)
Hot and Cold (I hide a small plastic animal around the campsite while the kiddos hide their eyes. Once hidden, they then try to find it. I announce if they're getting warmer (near it) or getting colder (walking away from it). Whoever finds the object gets to hide it next. We all have fun getting descriptive, i.e. "You're African Desert Hot! or "You've got frostbite!")

2 Tired, But Happy Camping Parents!
Our favorite is Rummicube. Our boys (10 & 7) are getting good...so much so DW and I have to watch out and not give them too much of a break. The 4 year old just loves pulling tiles out of the bag for the ones playing.
WOW! Lots of spoons players. We used to play at family get-togethers (non camping) and my mom and aunt were a hoot to play with. Tried playing with DW and kids. DW won't play with us anymore.
For outdoors, we have ladder golf. We also keep several board games and cards in camper. We were on a big UNO kick for a while. Rummy and Gin Rummy are DW's favorite. My kids picked up some new to me card games at summer camps but I don't remember names. Another camper introduced me to a card game named "crick crack" or similar. He also had a simple dice game called Left-Right-Center.
For folks that like drinking games and have teenagers, each time your teen say "like" you take a swig of your drink.
