Never done this before but I'd think all the buyer would need to do is register the RV in their own province once they own it.

If you are not the owner of the RV you will need to prove that you have permission to take it out of the US. It is like driving a rental vehicle. And you will also need to have insurance that covers YOU. Without that you aren't going into Canada. If you go in with a plan to sell it there, good luck. I don't think you can do that unless you are some kind of broker with a Canadian license.

When searching for things on Canada, entry, etc. always, always go with the government sites. No commercial site is official.
Start with the Registrar of Imported Vehicles
Proceed to all of the links to: Customs Information for Visitors to Canada
Not at all sure about this but it has that 'gc.ca' or signature of government site and it's about doing business in Canada: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/dbc/DoingBusinessWithCanada-en.aspx
Tell us how you make out and what was helpful.

Only the registered Owner or a Licensed Dealer/Broker may "Import" a vehicle into Canada and US Customs gets involved with the "Export" side of the equation! You need a Clear title!
In Short You can't Do it although You may Wish to try!

If you think you will come over anyway and not be up front re selling the
motorhome, whoever buys it will NOT be able to license it without the proper
documentation. It's not just showing a title and changing the name. In
Canada we do not have the title system.
If you are bringing in a vehicle to sell, US customs must have the title 72
hours in advance of your crossing the border. This confirms it is not
stolen, etc.

Your best bet is to advertise it in Canada, and let the buyer import it themselves. If you already have a buyer, then it would be far better for them to come get it.

True enough ... the vehicle must be imported before it can be sold in Canada or the new owner will not be able to register it.
We bought a fifth wheel that was purchased in Alberta and never registered in BC, where we bought it. Owner had to go through the hoops to register the fifth wheel in BC before he could transfer it to us.
And the owner of a vehicle typically must accompany the vehicle across the border to import it into Canada, to complete the paperwork. If you bring the vehicle into Canada without "importing" it, the owner will have to return to the USA and then cross into Canada again to "import" the vehicle.
Then, of course, to register the vehicle in Canada, it must have all the right safety inspections.
You didn't indicate whether this was a motorhome, trailer or camper ... a motorhome will be treated as a vehicle. Know that a trailer (TT or fiver) must also meet specific requirements, including CSA certification.
Also, each province has its own requirements that must be met before registering a vehicle so check into those carefully too.
Good luck!

Boy thanks for all the help and links to look into. No wonder I couldn't find out about this. Looks like the buyer will have to take a vacation to Arizona in the summer time. It is a motorhome that was to be sold.
