Hi everyone, I have a 2002 Southwind, Class A, 36R. My lights for the outdoor and light over the chair and entry light seems to have blown a fuse. I have checked the fuse box under the hood that holds all the RV fuses and they are all ok. Do you suppose it is a fuse located by the brake panel that blew out? It is on a FOrd V-10. It seems to be hunt a good luck on this one! Thanks, Bill

These lights should be in the DC coach distribution panel not the chassis fuse panel.
It should be located near your converter. Some are behind a small metal cover.

Right-that fuse should be inside the coach in the 12 volt distribution panel for the "house". Under the hood you generally have only the fuses for the truck on which the house is mounted.

I checked the house fuses in the front hood and all proved to be ok! I guess I will keep looking. Kind of hard not to have a light outside or inside by the door right now. Thanks, any other ideas. I have not checked the fuse pannel down by my brake yet. I have to take my "make my body into putty" pills.

I think your looking at the wrong fuse panels. I'm sure another Southwind user will chime in. My pace arrow has a 12VDC fuse panel under the bed and another 12VDC panel in the electical panel.

The fuse panels under the hood and under the dash are gor the chassis, parking driving lights, insterment cluster wipers and such.

The fuse should be located near the converter. Mine is located at the edge of the bed. Sometimes located in the closet. Usually a square metal panel about a foot square that hums and will usually have a fan. Often the same panel that contains the 120V circuit breakers. Open the panel and you should find the fuses (automotive type). Good Luck.

Ok, thanks to all, I found the fuse box in the bedroom under the TV. Duh! Old age must be setting in. Thanks again to all. Bill

I had a Damon with a V-10 , along with the fuse box inside the MH(hidden in the bedroom) ;there were two fuse boxes under the hood, one had circuits for the coach parts also. Was even a reset button for items such as refrigerator ignition etc.

Never say never folks or never say there shouldn't be. One never knows with an RV where the manufacturer will "tuck" things.
