Went out last weekend and ran my 15,000 BTU a/c with my Yahama Gen, and it worked great so I figured I would try the TV and dvr, and believe it or not it all worked with no overload light, this little inverter type Yahama work's better than I thought it would,

So if anyone ever wondered about it, it does work or atleast mine does. But still going to get another one for the other a/c, it does get alittle warm down here.

The Yamaha is very quiet. I will say this, the 2400 does not usually run a 15k btu ac unit, so if this is your purpose, try it on your RV prior to purchasing one

I have the 3000ISEB and it is only 58dB, i.e., standing next to it you can hold a conversation in a normal tone of voice.

Did you just use the 20 amp plug directly into the generator? You can run all that on 20 amps? That is terrific, did you have everything else in the RV off? Battery charger, etc? Sounds great.

Yamaha 2400 is a great generator and will run my friend's 13.5K AC but not my 15K unit. If it works for you, that is even better.

mine works great at 6000 feet, runs the 13.5 with no problems. With the TV and charging the batteries.

thats a nice little generator.. I wish I got one...... I drove 120 miles to buy it and when I was there, I didnt know if it would run my ac, so I bought the honda.... the honda is nice, but I think I like the weight of the yam better.......

they are about 1400 retail... but you can get them around 1100, give or take a little..
