Can anyone who visited comment on the following ... I have a 7, 10, 17, the wife and I. Due to the gas price, Im looking to get the biggest bang for the buck ... stuff that will burn up most of a day ...

Splash Lagoon Water Park
Guntown Mountain
Alpine Slide
Mammoth Cave Wildlife Museum

then the only thing Im looking for is a rafting place rather than a canoe ... never seen 5 in a canoe.

Thanks for the help my friend.

Regards

Mammoth caves will fill your days along with everything else there is to do. The last time we were there their were 6 or 7 tours that will take from 2 hrs to 8 hrs each and all different. Down Rt65 you will find the Chevy Corvette Plant and they will have tours. You will find Lots of fun in that area..

Definately book a tour for the kids and yourselves at the National Park (Mammouth Caves). I receommend the "Trog" tour for the 7 and 10 year old. It's for the kids and is half a day. They get real close to the splunking and traverse deep into the cave through extremely narrow and shallow openings. Adults are not allowed and the kids absolutley love it. my son (11) begs to go every year. They don helmets, knee pads and goggles and come out looking like they've been on the set of an Indianna Jones movie. For the 17 year old and yourselve, the "niagra falls" tour offers you the best of a caving expereince without all the stress of caving. The corvette museum is a must see too in the area. Have fun.

I second the vote for the Corvette plant.
