I have heard some good things and some bad things about this resort. It is close to my father-in laws house so my wife and I are staying here in August. I've also heard that it is under new management and that some bad reviews have gone from bad to good. Any body been there and could share some news?

It is about a half hour to the NH Seacoast and Hampton Beach. I was there a few years ago and it looked tired and run down. It is a very busy campground and has a water slide. It does have a very nicely stocked store and the other facilities looked okay.
It would be suited to parking and sleeping in your camper there but spending the day at the beach which I think is what most people use it for.

Have not heard of new ownership but have camped there for the last time, to many nice places to be at.

Have not been there since '06, but it wasn't too bad. Been there 3 times now. It is a busy place, and it is a bit pricey too. No complaints here, I would try it again.
