Right now I have Verizon DSL, so I have a verizon.net email address.
I'd hate to have to change my current address, but it seems inevitable. I won't need a provider or an air card, since I plan on only staying at places that have wi-fi.

How do you full timers get email? Do you use a free service like Hotmail?

netzero has a real cheap email service. I don't like the free stuff. Too much advertising.

It's less than a dollar a month. I'm not THAT cheap to want to put up with hotmail.

We use the Verizon Air Card with a Yahoo email address (free). Not all parks have wifi and many that do, we have found, are very iffy.

I use Gmail. I also had to change everything after several years with the same email address.

Good luck on the parks with wifi.

After being disappointed a few times I got an aircard which I love! The parks would claim to have wifi and then when it didn't work they would say oh the guy should be here anytime to "fix it". I finally realized this was there excuse for several months.

Some parks do have good wifi. I just had a few bad experiences.

Every place I've stayed so far has had a good connection with good signal strength.

I have a yahoo address for most things and a mail.com account for more personal (friends & family) and bill paying.

I got tired of the advertisements and restrictions so I setup my own domain through 1and1.com. That gives me a website and multiple email addresses.
For the connecction, I use the sprint broadband card and I'm set anywhere I can pickup a signal. I think they gave me an email address with the connection but my domain bypasses that need completely.

It's a little spendy however it's far better than landlines or going through someone else for email/webspace.

We have a Verizon's air card, too, and use Yahoo, Gmail and MSN as our email addresses. We pay for MSN, I would like to drop it, but haven't, yet.

Good luck.
