how do i adjust the temperature on my fridge? it seems to stay the same temp on electric or gas, it doesnt matter. I have a temperature gauge inside the fridge, and the needle is on the line between refrig ok, and warm. the freezer keeps things froze, but i would like to cool the fridge more. my book covers rm 2652 and rm 2852. not sure which one i have right of the top of my head.

Inside the fridge are some aluminum fins. On one of the fins is a white plastic thermister with a wire on it. Take the thermister and slide it to the top of the fins. this is how you adjust the temp "up for cooler, and down for warmer" that should help
Good luck

Replacement circuit boards from Dinosaur have a temp knob built in that the OEM's don't. RVMobile sells them for around $100. I see your unit is 5 years old, it's probably about time anyway if it's a Dometic LOL.

HMMM...took 24 years for mine to need replacement. Could be that they knew how to make them back then too though.

Same temp on Gas or Electric = working as designed
There are 3 ways to adjust 'fridge temp.. Depending on the model
Some types have a knob you turn, I gather yours does not or you'd not be asking
Mine has a button.. you push it and a series of LED's light up.. Colder or warmer depending on the button pushed or how many times.. Again, I assume you don't have this or you'd not ask
All have a plastic clip. usually white, attached to the fins on the back of the area where you put your food... This clip can be slid up or down on the fin somewhat
The higher the clip is on the fin.. The colder the fridge IIRC
Nothin adds excitment like something that is none of your business

Not "ALL" have the plastic clip on the fins. My older RM763 does not have this clip. It has a seperate temperature control knob next to the on/off knob on the front of the unit. Let's make sure the info we provide is accurate after all.

Well, I learned something new today. I never knew what that clip thingee was, never really gave it a thought.
The refrigerator has always just stayed cold enough. I guess it has been adjusted correctly all along.
