hey I like the idea of the pizza stone. You put the bake tray on top of this on a rack?

I like it to, now I am wondering for size. Will a regular pizza stone fit or do they sell them in different sizes. Ty Cynthia.

I don't know what size our pizza stone is, but it isn't anything fancy. We probably bought it at Target or Bed Bath and Beyond, but you can get them anywhere that has kitchen items. We put ours on the bottom shelf and then put the pan directly on it. I've also read on here of people using ceramic tiles (lowes/home depot) or an oven stone which is larger.

After I "graduated" from a PUP to an HTT--I found that additional leveling blocks are a must. Since you have invested the $$ into a new trailer get a surge protector. CW has em from $99-$249. I have not seen first hand what can happen to an RV but I have seen PC's, TV,s and stereo equipment bite the dust from not having one.

Make sure when you are traveling that you remove ...Yes I said remove the sink cover. If you have to make a quick stop you will understand why since mine turned into a flying saucer and embeded in the wall right by the freshwater tank when this idiot cut me of and I had to stop short. I have a nice plaque covering the hole. Learned from that stupid mistake!!!

A few things that we have in our 215SSO :
Foam mattress toppers added for comfort. When bunk ends are closed, we roll them up and store them in the space between the rear bunk and the bathroom wall (they fit above the mattress). Two sided Velcro tape (loops on one side, hooks on other) are great for keeping foam mattress toppers rolled up.
We use sheets and comforters for the beds. When packed up, we place the comforters in "vacuum bags" which are re-sealable bags with a valve that allows you to suck all the air out. This squeezes the comforters flat taking up verry little storage under the dinette bench. Costco offers a multi-pack of these bags for a good cost and also available at Canadian Tire.
Consider an over-the-door bathroom towel rack for hanging several shower towels in the bathroom.
Consider a zippered soft-covered propane tank cover. Ours came standard with the hard plastic and looked really sharp until we ran out of propane mid week and had to raise the bunk end to get at the propane tank valves. The soft cover allows you to reach in through the zipper to change the tank valves.
Consider a step stool to reach the latches for the bunk ends. Better than trying to use the bumper or hitch to stand on, especially when it is wet. Our step stoo stores behind the fold-out sofa when travelling.
By the way don't forget to latch the kitchen exhaust fan vent cover closed every time you travel. We lost our vent cover on our maiden voyage.

Since you are moving from a Pup to HTT. You may or may not have these things. Check with your dealer since they might have it. It is an RV starter kit(includes sewer hose, fresh water hose, water pressure regulator, tank treatment, toilet tissue, 15a to 30 a adapter) this list can continue depending on how much you want to spend. a 2 x 6 might be good to ensure leveling, definitely need lug wrench or the like.
