How many of you wash your rig before and after a trip??
I haven't had a chance to wash it since we came back from the NW RV.Net rally in Dayton Oregon 'cuz of the rain..I did get the roof done for it's semi-annual bath one day before it started to rain and of course all that stuff ran down all over the sides..I was about 1/2 thru washing it today so it'll be clean before we leave on our 4,000 mile trip to New Mexico and back next week when I got to thinking(dangerous I know) about the fact that it was probably gonna have about 100# of bugs on it when I get home and why was I washing it now...Anyone else think that way..???

If it has set for a while I like to wash before we make a run just because and on returning I like to do it before the bugs get sun baked even more.

I have started washing my roof each time since it does not take long with the ladder and it does not streak as fast afterwards. We have a lot of trees so there is something alway getting on it.

Sometimes before a trip. Most times after we return. If there is alot of road dirt and bugs, then it gets a bath before it gets covered up. If it is not to bad, I may let it wait until next time.

During the BUG season, wash the RV and give the front end a good coat of Protect-All.
