I agree with ngreen about the lemonade and vodka EXCEPT for our family we use Crystal Light Pink Lemonade, then add your favorite vodka to your ice cold lemonade glass! We love it!!! There's just something about the tart flavor with just a hint of sweetness that has us making sure we always have an extra container of Crystal Light on hand! Yikes, sounds like a commercial - except it REALLY does hit the spot!

Limeade, Vodka & Ginger Ale with a little fresh mint. Go easy on the Ginger Ale or it is too sweet.

How about a Kir Royale? This tastes just like Champagne and is festive enough for a wedding, but is very inexpensive.

Just pour a tablespoon of French Cassis de Dijon into a champagne or white wine glass and fill with sparkling white wine. I use Louis Perdrier Brut (Say "pear-dree-ay brew")at a whopping $8 a bottle, tastes like it cost $30. The Creme de Cassis is about $10, and it goes a long way.
