Apple Pie Shots

3 Qts pure apple juice, I use Motts.
1 Tbl spoon apple pie spice
2 cups honey
5 cinnamon sticks
1 Qt of shine or 190 Everclear

Keep in fridge for 6 weeks, swirling every 3 or 4 days. Do not drink for 6 weeks. It taste's just like apple pie with not a hint of burn. drink a glass and you will be happy!

I have cut this recipe in 1/2 with the same results.

Drink 2 or 3 shots and you will be WAY more than happy!

Summertime Tea...

1 Shot of Spearmint Schnapps
1 Tall cold glass of unsweet iced tea (I use Tradewinds)

I *love* this on a hot summer day. The schnapps adds just the right amount of sweetness to the tea, and the spearmint is so refreshing.

Have several "faves" however this one is refreshing and great for that all day "happy" hour ....
1 can frozen lemonade (thawed)
1 can water
1 can vodka
1 can amareto
I keep the booze in the freezer so when all is mixed together its already chilled and ready to go. This keeps well in the frdg for quite some time for that "whenever" happy hour.

Another one I really like is the Sangria in the bucket mix. Very easy and very tasty. (need to add your own booze) I picked the mix up at Linens-n-Things. Made several for a party and the leftovers kept in the fridge for quite some time also.

Enjoy

These sound so good, but what is "shine" or "190 Everclear"?

Everclear is explained here: Everclear

And "Moonshine" is explained here: Moonshine

Do a Google on Everclear and a few places that ship it will come up.
