Need measurements from anyone that has a Starcraft Travelstar 21SSO, as some of you know we just bought a HTT, pick up date is not till the 27th. I would like to see if someone could take a minute and measure the wardrobe cupboard beside the door. I actually need the width of the opening of each door. I have plastic drawers I wanted to put in there and not sure if mine are to wide for the opening. I have taken them out of my PUP and hoping I can find use for them it that cabinet. Thank you so much Cynthia
BTW HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL THE SPECIAL DAD'S

We no longer have our 21SSO, so I can't measure it, but I remember measuring the cabinet doors for just the same reason. The plastic drawers I found at Walmart were too wide to fit inside the cabinet.

Will the dealer let you come measure the rig ahead of time?

They are prob. the same drawers as I bought them at Walmart too. Visually they look to big. I can go to the dealer was hoping to save a trip. Maybe go down this week just to take more measurements. Like length of sink stove area for new carpet. Things like that. Thank you
Just wondering for the pantry cupboard I noticed the bottom one has a lip on shelves, where the top doesn't it is adjustable shelves. Now I am use to everything being near the floor so it was all safe from falling. Do you think I am safe to put dishes and cups in the top cupboard? Yeh silly question, lol.

There aren't any silly questions! I'm trying to remember if we had a lip on our shelves in the pantry cupboard (I'm assuming you mean the one between the dinette and the back bed-end.) I don't recall any. As we use only paper plates & dishes, that wasn't an issue for us (and I kept those in the cupboard over the sink, so they were accessible on the road). I kept towels & sweatshirts on the top shelf of the pantry, and food (some canned stuff, seasonings, cereal and other things: syrup, tuna (in packets), packets of noodle-roni, things like that) on the middle shelves (the lowest one in the top part of the cupboard and the higher one in the bottom part). Also stored a few things on the floor - 6-pack of small bottles of cranberry juice, and lots of plastic store bags which we use for trash.

Nice that you have adjustable shelves; I don't remember that ours were. Anyway, I think you'd be ok with the dishes in the top, as long as they're secured - either stack them flat, or make sure you have some kind of way to assure they won't fall out on you when you open the door! The non-slip shelf backing (the kind that is honeycombed and rubbery, and comes in a roll) works great to secure all kinds of potentially moveable things in cupboards; we have used a lot of it in both our trailers. (Walmart sells that too. ) Just be aware that the dishes will not be easily accessible during on-the-road stops. If you're not doing any long-distance camping, that won't be a problem.

I have a 2004; I'll have to go out and take measurements when I get home from work tonight. (and maybe some pics for you to). I keep my dishes, etc. in pull out plastic drawers in the cabinet on the left next to the front bunkend. The wardrobe/cabinet on the right hand side stores my RVQ, DVDs, party lites, etc. All my food goes in the cabinets back by rear bunkend.

Hello. I have a 2006 Starcraft Antigua 215SSO which is basically the same as the Travelstar with the exception of interior and exterior color. I measured the width of mine and it is 14 inches.

We have a 2007 Antigua 215SSO and we use plastic 3-drawer towers in our front cabinet beside the door. The 3-drawer tower is available at Canadian Tire (+/- $20 each) and measure 13-1/4" wide x 26" high, which just fits through the cupboard opening. We place two towers in the cupboard (one through each door) and secure them in place with velcro tape (top and bottom against the back wall) to keep the drawers and the cupboard door aligned. Works great for our clothes. It even leaves room between to store loose items.
We store our dishes in the cabinet above the sink. The pantry is not deep enough to lay the plates flat and I don't want to place them on end since the trailer bounces.
For the pantry, we went to JYSK (sort of a low end IKEA) and purchased these 4" high plastic folding boxes with open tops which can hold eight soup tins in each box. We can fit 5 boxes snugly across the pantry so that they don't slide side to side. No matter how rough the ride, everything stays organized within the boxes.

You have been so much help i greatly appreciate it. This may be silly and I am not sure if it just me but surprising how different it is going from a PUP to HTT. More so when you are so use to being so organized and compact. I have just sold all our PUP accessories, so now I can look for new. 1st thing is my drawers and re-place the shower curtain to something with color. BTW I will buy the ones from Canadian Tire 3 drawers. I can get all these things now, then I will be ready when it comes home.
