We are just back from 22 days on the road through the Utah national parks with our new 2008 Paasport. On the first day on the road, we pulled over for a pit stop, and my wife's first words when she opened the door to the trailer were "Oh Crap" It seems that the entire linoleum floor had air under it. BIG bubble. No idea what caused it or where it came from. We are taking the TT to the dealer in the morning for a solution to that and other problems.
My question for the forum, Have any other Passport owners had this or similar problems with their rigs?

We just got our 2009 285RL. I've only pulled it about 35 miles from the dealer home. We set it up in the yard for a week of "camping" to check everything out. There is one specific place where the slide room will leak if yours is like mine (just a well placed bead of caulk will fix it). The dinette table is sagging in the middle. There is a sharp piece of metal turned up on the edge of the roof next to the awning track. The rear entry door seal is torn. The rear outside wall below the big window is slightly buckled (not completely flat). The dealer is coming to get mine tomorrow to fix these relatively minor problems. Personally, I looked at literally dozens of TT's before I finally bought one and I think they're ALL made of toilet paper held together with spit. Economics combined with weight concerns dictate that this will be the case. Sounds like they forgot to glue your linoleum down. Either that or that "plastic cardboard" stuff they use to close off the underside may be loose in the front and scooping air up into the TT somehow when you're going down the road.

Our 07 Passport had a large pocket of air between the floor and the lino while towing. Dealer re-sealed the underbelly at the front section of the trailer. We have not had this issue since the repair (1 year ago)

I have the Freedom Lite version (281RL) of your TT and have done considerable towing with it. To date, no problem such as you mention. Actually, it has been a pretty good TT so far.

I can't say we had the issue you are having with our 2007 Passport 280BH, but we had our fair share of issues. The number one was a leak in the slide. They attempted to fix it three times, after that it still leaked, I said enough was enough and the dealer bought it back (sort of) and we bought a 2009 Keystone Passport 280BH. We just got it home this week and have our first trip planned this weekend. We are crossing our fingers that this one doesn't have near the issues. We are hoping the 07 was a lemon and it was because it was a new run at that time.

Best of luck! My only suggestion is: if you have the issue again, notify Keystone that this is your dealers second shot at fixing it! That way you are covered if it happens again and then Keystone will most likely attempt to fix it!

Our issues with our 2007 Passport 285RL are too numerous to list here; a bubble in the linoleum isn't one of them, amazingly. All I can say is document, document, document....
