We met on the net 4 years ago and married 4 mons later,Dec.31,2004.
We have been camping from the first summer.
We were both widow/widower from long marriages, and both had camped with late spousesfor many years.

Celebrated our 17th anniversary this past April. Starting camping again about 5 yrs ago after taking a break for a few years while having 2 little ones at home.

Ours was 17 years May 4 and we have been camping all of them. He never camped before and I "turned him onto it" . We camped before kids and camping now with kids and will camp when its just the two of us again.

We celebrated our 35th in April while on an RV trip to Big Bend NP in Texas! We have enjoyed camping/RVing together for most of those years! 
It is wonderful to read about so many long & happy marriages!

Last year was 30.5 as of 02.28.07 and wished it was still going on. I told my wife during the anniversary I wanted another 30 years. The Lord takes care of his sheep. Wife started camping with me again because sleeping on the ground was no more.

forty one years for Mama Bear and I on June 1--we went camping at Dangerfield State Park to celebrate--this is 41 years of camping together. We still tent camp, canoe, rock climb, cave and RV every chance we get.
I tell everyone that if that woman leaves me, I am going with her!
