I have noticed the wall in our fiver has bibbles in it. To feel them they feel almost like sand there was sand in the adhesive. Today I noticed it seems to be getting worse. I have no idea what the problem is. There are no leaks. My only other thought is condensation although we do use a dehumidefire during the wet season. Any ideas?

Delamination caused either by water entering the wall cavity or poor adhesion during the construction. Since you have to use a dehumidifier, I suspect you have a leak in that area.

I had a new '99 Trail-Lite that was totaled by the insurance company in 2002 due to water damage. I never saw water anywheres in the trailer but I did see what I called "pimples" hanging from the ceiling and some "sandy" places on the wall. Dealer said no worry just some outgassing. I would look it over carefully and have a trusted dealer also take a good look.
I hope I'm wrong but sounds like water to me.

We found a similar problem with the outside of our RV. We'd be talking with the service manager about problems on prior models he said was solved. When I inspected our trailer, I found the same problems on ours. I had them fix one fairly severe area and note others before the trailer got out warranty. If its severe, you need to get it to the dealer so they can at least document it, even if you don't want it fixed.

We had what we thought was delamination on the outside of our unit, even took pictures and posted, emailed to Keystone- they said it wasn't a problem, we thought it was, but evidently it wasn't, as the visible signs that there was something wrong has gone away.

Condensation is the number one cause for the deterioration of a RV. Most manufacturers recommend the use of a dehumidifier year long. If nothing else at least keep a window or two cracked.
