Our own Dedmiston has an article in the latest Toy Hauler magazine. Now I understand why we haven't seen much of him on here lately.

Are we still worthy of your bits of wit Mr Dave?

Not to turn this into a bash the "Toyhauler Magazine" thread, but doesn't it bother you that the entire magazine is just one big advertisement? The articles are written in such a way that they look like they come straight out of the manufactures brochures. There is never one negative review on anything. I enjoy reading the magazine to see new products but I would not base my decision to purchase anything based on this mag. I think there is a big enough TH fan base nowadays to make a profitable mag with honest reviews and still be able to draw advertisers without sucking up too much.
Sorry.... this just really irritates me!

Soo is his article about "how to ride and still maintain your gay image?" or "How to be gay and make people think you ride?" not that there is anything wrong with being gay.....

I think it had something to do with either making the perfect Sobi or dog breeding in the desert.

Show me an article in a US based mag that isnt bias in some way... the mfgs get the write ups by paying for ad space, and donating the product... it's just the way it works. Especially in the littler publications where ads pay for everything. I've written for THM, and can tell you two things...
1) The toys are quite often chosen by the staff or the writer, so they have done some homework, and actually want to review the product.
2) I was told be be fair but honest. I was. The product had a issue, as did Dave's, and we noted them.

My $0.02.

Not going to happen. THM is a quality magazine.

Don't be sorry. Put your money and talent on the line and let us know how it works for you.

Congrats on the article Dave. Well done.

Sandman is correct, the products we write about are ones we've chosen to install, and in my case have all been quality products that I would swear by. All the writers are toyhauler owners who arent paid a dime. Now, if I was given a product that was junk, you would'nt see me make up some bogus story just to help out with that companies sales.

Good job Dave.

Kudos Dave! I still enjoy reading THM each month even though I don't own one.
