My Winnebago Journey DL has a Fresh Water Drain in the utility bay...just pull the handle and it drains from the bottom.

My 1999 Itasca (sister to Winnebago, basically the same) has a valve located uner the shower. There is a carpeted "kick plate" on the front of the shower that slides up giving you access to the valves. I realize yours is older but it might be laid out the same. Let me know if you have this set up and I will try to describe which valve is fresh water drain. Fortunately the PO left a hand drawn diagram in there with the valves.

On our '96 Brave the tank was under the bed and if you slid off the plywood under the mattress and layed on top of the tank you could just see a drain valve in the back end of the tank between the tank and the wall. They are VERY creative in hiding the valve. That rig had been worked over to make it handle the cold so it may have been one of a kind.
