Did you not see it or the fact this was a totally different one than you saw on the lot during the PreDelivery Inspection. That is what the PDI is intended to do; allow you the opportunity to check every nook and cranny was well as receive instruction on how all the features of the TT work. At this point, I would think getting some insurance money will be the best you can expect.
Just my two cents.

like I said as far as the PDI, You have to stand at an angle to even see it. and the only difference between the one I was delivered and the one I saw the first day was heated holding tanks on mine I didn't know until the girl from the credit union called me to varify the vin and then 1 hour later the dealer called.
The adjuster came today in rain and told me the curbside panel wasn't damaged and of course, I couldn't find any dents with the rain but I think there are some so when it drys out I will inspect it again and make him drive 1 1/2 hours to re look at it if need be. He told me the dealer will settle with me based on doing the work at his cost not retailso....
Is this right or are they trying to screw me over?
I can see where he is coming from, if he can get it repaired for that why should he pay me retail not to repair it but on the other hand, IT'S INSURANCE do they usually pay a lower amount to dealers assuming they will be doing the repairs themselves?
I'm thinking it may be lawyer time at least a consultation because I am starting to feel that I will not get enough to cover the repairs necessary. the only reasons I am accepting money instead of repairs is that I don't want to miss the season, and NO dealer can put a trailer back together like jayco built it
Thanks for the opinions it's nice to vent to someone other than the DW
Had a Nice Signature Made here, Resized it and it won't let me use it so whatever......
I bought a used 2000 dutchmen with hail damage on one side. The inside is like new. The price was real cheap and i can live with my trailer as is. On a new trailer i would not accept it inless the price was worth it.
