Thanks again to everyone, I'll check everything out...This was a "quick decision" that we hope works out. We close on our house here on July 21st and our first "Grandbaby", is due next Thurs., so we will be in Arkansas for that and I'll see what we can find out..Looks like an exciting few months coming up..

If your license plate tags are still good, I'd leave them as is until each one expires to replace it with AR tags. I've done this with every different state's plate I've ever had on my RVs over the years. Never one problem even up to a year with SD plates a couple years back in Texas. Sounds like a good area to be moving to, good luck!
