Hey guys, I am looking at hosting a guy's campout with 5 guys from work.

Looking for places to go within 1-2 hours of Madison. It would be nice if the campground was more adult oriented and noise was less of an issue if you know what I mean

Any suggestions would be great!

Have you given thought to using one of the nice state parks in the area? They're typically quieter with more secluded sites for a good male grunting campfire? Oh yes, let's not forget during this male bonding; If you hear banjo music RUN!

If I rode that tractor instead of the other bike I may not of gotten hurt while flipping & rolling down a hill.

I will tell Todd from now on he better post his name Scavenger.

I actually meant that noise (music, male grunts, etc) were less of an issue eminating from our campsite. I would like to keep the ranger visits to a minimum

Try Edge-O-Dells adults only campground just outside of downtown Dells. There is an interesting "guys" type establishment right across the street. No rangers. Live entertainment on the weekends - awesomw pool/hot tub complete with pool bar. Restaurant on site.

Not sure when you're planning this shindig - here's Another "Wisconsin's Finest" - Michael's Landing on Castlerock Lake. If you go in the summer months they rent pontoon boats. There are several eating (drinking) establishments on the lake and a few other places where people congregate and socialize. (party)
There are not too many rules (if any) at Michael's campground/bar.

Anybody ever camp at Blackhawk Campground in Milton, WI? Any comparison to Hidden Valley in the same area? Can't believe there are no reviews anywhere on this place.

It has been a long summer of waiting but we can finally introduce our newest family member. We brought her home yesterday. We have named her Ember.
