I have a question. I've been looking at the yellow leveling blocks @ CW that look kinda like leggos. How do you use these with a tandem axle TT? Does one tire just hang in the air? Do I put one under each tire? If so, how do I get the one for the rear tire between the tires? HEEELLLPPPP!!!

Thanks all!

If your just levelling one side, I just use a 4ft 2x6 and park on it.

I use 12" by 12" boards. I place one or two in front of each tire on the side I want to raise. Your leveling blocks should fit between the tires.

Put a stack in front of each tire on the low side of the trailer and pull it up onto the blocks. The chock the other side before you unhitch ;~)

We tried the yellow stacking "lego" looking blocks and pitched them. They only work on level ground. The break on uneven gravel or dirt. They were not worth the money.

First of all - there is no such thingas a dumb question... If you don't know - - ask!!! That's how WE ALL learn and that's what these forums are for...

Yes, put one in front or behind each tire and pull up on them or back up on them... To make them higher, put two next to each other and then lay another one over the top of both of them interlocking the two together...

And if the ground is not level you can take the edge of one and scrape off enough dirt, rock, whatever to level them... Some of us carry a small army shovel for this purpose...

I carry two sets of them and also some small pieces of 3/4 inch plywood that can be used for fine adjustments or stacked for a bit more height...

Keep asking questions - we'll answer them to the best of our ability - - and a big RV.Net welcome to the Forums ...

In the three years I have had ours I have not had any problems with them on gravel, dirt or grass.

We broke a lego on soft ground last week. Got them as a gift, otherwise I'd stick with the boards. cheaper and better.

And you need to lift both tires. Don't put all the weight on one tire.

Another technique you can use is get in your position, make a mark in the dirt where each tire centers, then just back up a few feet. Place your blocks at the intersection of the tread marks and your mark, then pull forward to that same spot again.

Not sure of the colors/brands, but the yellow ones seem to bust-up very easy, while the orange ones seem much more durable.
