Hi everyone- we are looking to get our hands on those stick on maps for our TT. The only issue is that we would like to get the solid colour type and the only ones we have seen at the major retailers etc. is the new fangled type which has different graphics on each state/province. Anybody know where you can get the solid coloured type?

this ran awhile back and it seems all the places that had solid color state maps are out and unable to get them because they are no longer made.

You better remember to remove them when you trade. We were looking at a used 2007 providence, This was their first RV. It was supposedly used for four months and they were no longer interested in RV'NG It was supposed to have been in a covered storage for the last year. When we opened the basement door, there was one of those maps with just about every state filled in, even Alaska, It was also advertised as low miles. We didn't look at it further.

Some people fill them out differently, could be fill out for the last 10 years.

We couldn't find the solid colors at Camping World. I went on line and googled stick on maps. Found a couple of sources, but it was a while ago and I don't remember the sellers. Try it and I'm sure you'll find someone who sells the solid colors. I agree completely about that, the new ones with the pictures are not as good as the solid colors. Good luck, Ellen

I agree, the new version is dang ugly.

But if you can't find the version with plain-colored states, you could buy the newfangled ugly one, just use the map outline, and then buy some colored contact paper and make your own "states" by tracing the state stickers that come with the map. Or stick the outline on a board and color in the states with markers.

FWIW, I googled stick on maps and got several companies that claim to have them.
there are several that the hyperlinks dont work or when clicked, sent me to Amazon. That was a dead end.
The one place that I did find them was J.C.Whitney.
The site shows both the old and new stlye. But they only have a listing for the new style.
