We got back from the beach this past sunday. While unpacking I opened the little 3ft service door on the side of my TT to get a hose.I then dunked under the TT to hook the hose up.I came out not looking and in a hurry like usual and stood up.Well the door on the TT was left open by me and it went right into my head!Don't know why they don't have the corners rounded off like the tops of the doors.Anyway the D/W had to take me to the E/R room.Got 5 staples in my head and a mild concussion.Guess it could have been worse.Could have happened while on vacation. Anyway this is just a reminder for all to be safe out there and don't get in such a hurry. Can't say it want happen again but I sure hope not.Be safe and Happy camping!

Ouch, sorry about the accident! Very true when working about your RV is not the time to get into a rush!

I learned the same lesson except it was under the back of the RV. Just because you scooch out from under everything carefully and your head is clear of the STEEL hitch hardware and the bash your brains out BUMPER is well clear doesn't mean you're good to stand up. I got stupid and thought I was clear of everything. Missed the bumper, check. Missed the hitch, check. No compartments back there, no crazy mounted objects to ram into, check. Clear to the Moon...or at least as far as the bottom of the frigging spare tire. Had to pick myself up off the ground after that one.

or, at least it didn't damage the door. Sorry, just had to throw that one in. Hope you heal quickly, and yes, more places around RV's to bang one's self than one has body parts to bang.

Attack slideouts. My got me in the head and I bled like you would not believe. All ended well, and I have become very careful since.

It won't work on a door corner but I see a lot of swim noodles on the edges of slides.
