I am presently in the middle of a complete remodeling of a 5th wheel and noticed that the rubber moulding around the outside of the windows is not only discolored and covered in mould, but is drying out. I beleive I would like to replace it, but am unsure of where to look for this product or even exactly what to search for.
Can anyone help out?

i have not tried this, but i heard a cut solution of bleach/water in spray bottle. just spray leave overnight and mold/discolor is gone. let me know if this works.

If it's really bad take the moulding off (comes out easily after you figure out the process) put them in a bucket with bleach / water mixture and let them sit for a few hour or over night if needed. Works wonders.
