We will be at Fort Wilderness in Nov. and would like to take our screen room. Does anyone know if this is allowed on the sites? As our Class B is small, I don't want to take up the added space traveling if not permitted.
Thanks

I wondered the same thing. Glad you posted this question. We are going in October for the first time.

I was there last month and saw a few of these so it must be OK.

You may want to call the cg direct and ask about your site dimensions. I think the CG allocates sites a week or so out. Some sites may have trees, etc blocking the add-a-room. If it is a screen room seperate from yuor rv, then you'll most likely have room for it.
You can ask to put a note on your reservation that you'd like a site that accommodates the room. No guarantees of course.

We were in the 200 loop and had plenty of room for our screen room behind the camper though.. on the pad.

you will propably have no problem on a regular full hook-up site as they have sand pads in back----however fw is converting loop by loop to expand in the new premium sites--as part of this process they are paving the sand pad over to allow for larger rigs
but the regular--non premium--sites should still have the sand pad

We are at FW right now. We have our screen room set up behind our Class A. No one has said anything to us and I can see several others set up also....

We were there this past December 2007, and noticed that there were screen rooms in use on sites. To be honest we were so busy with activities that we never had a chance to enjor our room but unless things have changed in 7 months I would say it would be ok to setup and use your screen room. Hope you have a great time!
