Some makes are better suited to full timing than others. My TC was mentioned in the owners manual that it should NOT be used for FT, but I used it for 3 years and it have had no issues with appliances and devices. The only problem encountered after 3 years was soft spots in the floor, and that had to do with the aluminum-foam core-aluminum sandwich composite floor it has.
My Thomas Bus conversion on the other hand, has been built to my standards, and everything I did was intended for full time use. It still needs more insulation under the floors, but I've got all summer to get that job done!!

We have an Open Road by Pilgirm and have been living in it for 6 months at a time for the last 3 years (this is our fourth) and have only had to replace the pop-off valve on the water heater. We think this was only due to the very hard water at the one park that we stayed at for 3 years.
