If you us the Verizon aircard as your only means of connecting to the Internet, what email provider do you use? Does Verizon provide an account to use?

No verizon doesn't provide any email. I use Microsoft Live email. Works just like pop3. I was even able to move my saved emails from my old pop3 account to MS Live.

I use MSN as my primary source of email, but have several other accounts. Verizon wireless did not offer us an email address.

We use gmail. It is Google mail. I love it because of the 'conversation' aspect of how it displays emails.

I use gmail and use outlook for the interface. Old habit, I just have not go used to using the browser interface.

I use CompuServe and they will not allow internet access from outside their network to send email using their servers. They will allow mail to be picked up.
Verizon set up an account for me that allows me to use their servers to send email but not to store my incoming email. That still gets saved on CompuServe's servers.
I could have dropped CompuServe but I have had this email address for so long that trying to get a new one sent to all the people and companies that have it would be a real pain.
