Google maps puts our trip from Tampa to Yellowstone to Oshkosh and home at over 5300 miles. How far will you be driving for vacation only ( no full timers please ) ?

We're driving from Niagara Falls, Ontario to Nova Scotia. Round trip it's 4200KM or 2600Miles. Can't wait!! Note: we'll drive both ways through NY / Maine to save on gas.

Planned trip this fall-winter is 9800 miles, starting in October from here to Duluth to North Bay to Montreal to Harrisburg (Jan) to Atlanta to Ruidoso (Feb) back home.

Corrected to 8100 mi and I may start in September now.

So these are vacation trips for all, and no full timer ramblings? I was beginning to feel guilty that we would be away from work for so long, and that so many others won't go down their own road.

My road trip this fall is over 5500 miles - Baltimore, Scottsdale AZ, Monument Valley UT, Page AZ, Las Vegas, and back home again. I'm figuring to be gone from work for about 4 weeks - good thing I get lots of vacation .
