Converters give you 12 volts and are powered by 120 volts.

I would find someone with a volt meter to pull out the Front/Rear A/C toggle switch and insure you have 120 volts from the breaker box. If you to then make sure you have 120 volts out to either.

30 amp service is too little for 2 13,500 btu ACs. What happened to me was it tripped the breaker. Find the breaker panel for your ACs. I have a Damon MC and my breakers are located at the foot of the bed behind a wood panel. Well, i triped the 2 times and nothing. I went on this chat forum and someone told me to go back and trip them 3 more times and i did (reluctantly) and it reset the breaker and the darn thing worked.

You need 50 amp service for 2 ACs. 120 volts (standard) times 30 amps is a little over 3,000 watts and you need sometimes 3,500 up to 3,700 to make it work. so 120 times 50 amps is over 6,000 watts.

My ACs are set so that one or the other has to be up and running before the other will come on. this way there is not a large startup watts needed.

This may not help but my thinking is the micro works so you know the transfer switch is working and you have power into the coach.
Both AC's are not working and the common items would be circuit breaker and the front/rear AC select switch.

Have you tried turning the AC breaker OFF then back on?
If you are handy around electric stuff you could check the voltage into the selector switch.
On some coaches that have INVERTERS they have a set of breakers if you have an inverter you need to check it out.

On my Winnie, If you want to run both roof ACs you have to be plugged into shore power AND run the Generator!

I have a 2000 Riata DP that is a 30 amp coach and I CAN run BOTH 13,500 Duo Therm Air Conditioners at the SAME time. I have an electrical management system that helps. I can not run many more things at the same time, but I can run both A/C's at the same time. I just turn one on first and let it get going before I turn on the other. However on some 30 amp coaches this will not work. Good Luck.

Our 2003 Pace Arrow is the same as Gary's. We run both air's on 30 Amps and the EMS system handles kicking one off if need be for other electrical useage. We did have a problem this past winter in Texas. Temperature was 97 degrees and the air went out. Fans ran but no cool air. Got it fixed by mobile rv service. It was an air conditioner starter switch.

Your converter charges your battery and supplies your 12 volt power. The thermostat needs 12 volt to operate.

To the person that was explaining 50 amp service. Do some research. 50 amp service is 12000 watts.

Thank you everyone! We ended up at a campground that has mobile RV service available. They are stopping by in the morning.

Again we had AC today until mid-afternoon when it got really hot and we actually NEEDED it! Though now this evening it's back on again. It has to be somehow related to overheating something.

And thank you all for being so patient!!! I am a *little* handy and have fixed everything myself up until this point....but electrical stuff just baffles me!

be sure to let us know what it turns out to be. That way we all learn something plus anyone searching the forum in the future with a similar problem.
