I'm in the process of doing a dye test to determine which one of the three it is.

The frustrating part is that it's somewhat sporadic. All three valves feel a bit 'rough' for lack of a better term. They just don't slide very smoothly.

I thought I remembered reading something about lubricating them. Anyone try that?

Thanks for any info. The 5th is a 2004 Montana 2955rl.

Silicone spray. Mist the gate and seals then slide it open/closed until it's smooth again.

You can only lubricate the shafts. That is unless the valves are close to the place where the dump hose connects. Then you may be able to get a little antifreeze to the rubber seals. This chemical is the best we have found and it turns everything into liquid. It cleans the sensors as well.

Generally, can this stop it from leaking? Or, is it just for smoother operation? Thanks!

Most likely something has gotten stuck between the seal and blade, may have damaged the seal.

Your best bet would be to replace all three, since you will find it easier to seperate and they are cheap enough, less than $10 each. The new valves will slide open and shut really easy.
