Most Verizon store personnel don't even know you can use a router.
It's almost as if they don't want you to have a WiFi hot spot or something.
Dumb!
The 3G store knows there stuff and many tell me they really service what they sell with knowledge.

Thanks everyone for your help. I think I do some checking on several of the ones mentioned.
Drive safe and have fun!

I used to use my Cradle Point router but since Verizon doesn't approve, I think I'll just buy a couple more air cards and pay Verizon Wireless another $120 per month.

Sure ya will...

I also have a DLink DIR-450 router and it works great (except I'm on Sprint, but same router). Just a note that 3G Store doesn't sell nor support DLink. I bought my card from them and the router from TigerDirect.com

Set up a peer to peer wireless network between PC's and share the connection via Internet Connection Sharing, no router required.

It's supposed to be possible to do that and the instructions can be found HERE.
I could get it to work but when I turned the computer off and back on and I had to go through the whole process with Access Manager all over again.
I got tired of fooling around with it and got a router.
