Those regulations you speak of are already in place in California.......I recently sold for scrap several hundred pounds of automotive alloy wheel prototypes...............I first ran them thru a bandsaw so they could not be used as a car wheel......

I couldn't believe the scrutiny they put me through........I had my picture taken, my drivers license scanned and my finger prints taken........and a signed affidavit that I was the legal owner of the metals.....yikes!

Now, throw in a six month wait for a check to be mailed and the system will be perfect.

On the other end of the subject, I was going to say, it's Detroit, Michigan. It can't even keep grocery stores in its downtown district. Move as soon as possible and let the city finish its downward spiral.

A Ford salesman close to me says that Edge Chrome wheels are not true chrome at all, but plastic inserts.

WOW, what a really nice compliment.

Doesn't filling the gas tank on the Suzuki Grand Viagra more than double it's value?

If they were truely stupid looking then no one would buy them or steal them.

Just because you do not like them does not mean you are right. It just means you are judgmental.

And, BTW he said they came on the truck.

Go back and re-think your post mike.

Rethought about it.....still feel the same.

They may have came on the "car", but I bet it was part of the reason he liked the car.

Something like those wheels is almost an advertisment to a thief. Shouldn't be. We shouldn't have to worry about things we worked hard for being stolen, but that is life.

As for me being right or wrong. Well I am right, I don't like them.

Found out there's a theft ring in this area and they are really bad guys. Was told to never try to confront them, they will kill you in a heartbeat.

As long as that attitude is the norm they will never stop. Is that what we have been reduced to? Just let criminals do as they please?

I'm sure his stupid factory wheel look a lot nicer.

From reading his other posts he doesn't like anything and has nothing nice to say about anything either. I wouldn't worry too much about his opinion.
