Looking for a full hookup CG along the east coast (VA down to GA) for a week mid to late July. Have stayed at Myrtle Beach Holiday Park and know there are several in MB, but was curious if there is anything similar north of there in NC or VA. Thanks, Jim

Kiptopeke State park on Rt 13 at the southern end of the DelMarVa penninsula. They have full hookups and cable. When headed south on Rt13,it's located on the left before you cross over the Chesepeake bay Bridge Tunnel.

We second Camp Hatters. In August we are staying at Hatteras Sands in the Village of Hatters which about 30-40 minutes south of Camp Hatteras. The Outer Banks rule.

Camp Hatteras is a great spot and has many of the amenities of the MB locations. We spent a week there in 2006 and had a great time.
We're at Lakewood in MB right now, though....sorry, but the beaches here rock!

Virginia Beach has a Holiday Travel Park and a KOA both on General Booth blvd about 3-4 miles south of the oceanfront. The HTP has 750+ sites and lots of stuff to do, the KOA is smaller and a little more rough.
