Due to some upcomming changes in life I am considering selling my 2008 Fleetwood E-4 is there a market for a "new" used unit? $18k ? I have many extras including pux covers - equlizer hitch - genset - tv antenna - 2nd battery - do I include it all as a package? or part it all out? what do you think? Sad to see it go but it will just sit in the garage otherwise.

I can buy a new one for less than that at two dealers that I know of. It is used, price it as such and, if you want money for the "extras" sell them separately. I won't pay extra for stuff like that, either through it in as an incentive to buy or sell it separately.

Searching online and E4's aren't cheap. MSRP is over $23k. Lot of trailer and suv hauling capability.

Peco has a 2008 E4 in inventory for $18695.00 The E4 is new enough that NADA doesn't even list it yet.
JMHO but like grandma said extras don't add to the price.

Sorry to hear about your situation. Agree with the others -- 1. sticker shock 2. extras should be sold individually.

Have you told all your family and friends you are selling? Start there and see if they can help you find a buyer (word of mouth) -- because it may be tough in the economic times right now.

Hope it works out for you!

Last year a co-worker was in the same boat. He bought a 2006 E2 in December '06 for +/- $11K and his life changed in January. He tried selling it for 6 months. I finally bought it (with a little guilt) for $7750 and it still had the plastic on all the cushions etc., never even used.

Sorry to hear about your situation.
