That was the same information given to me by A&E over the phone. I also have used this method for 4 years, it is simple and works. I use the same long handle brush for washing the MH and brush it down standing on an 8 foot ladder.

I'll second the opinion on using a Magic Eraser on a vinyl awning. My old travel trailer awning had several stains that wouldn't come off no matter what I used. I tried a magic eraser, and I was amazed at how easily these old stains were removed.
