Wow, you are organized. I have stuff in bins, but none of it is labeled so I have to pull open each one and look inside - It drives me crazy. Nice Job.
I would be worried about the curtain track being strong enough to hold the weight of all that stuff - does it seem pretty solid on the ceiling?

We just added that organizer last weekend. It seemed to hold everything pretty well. I will definitely keep an eye on it this weekend when we go out again to make sure it is not too much weight. Most of the items in the pockets are fairly small and light. I'm not sure what the cumulative weight of the items are though. Something to keep an eye on, thanks.
With us just having the clear Stellite drawers was such an improvement over bins you had to move to get to the one you wanted we never bothered with labels...LOL

Yep, resorted to the same. I don't care for plastic though as I feel it cheapens the look of the camper interior. However it makes peace with the girlfriend. She doesn't like to bend over to get cooking items out of the cabinets, so she puts everything out on the cabinets. I hate that, I just can't stand cabinet top clutter. Since she refused to keep things in the bottom cabinet, she had to bend over to get, the 5 drawer plastic cabinet was the mediation. I'm still looking for something else that's not plastic but is still lightweight. They use to have these cabinets with a wood finish, and I could deal with those much better than white plastic. Mike stop over to the local big box hardware and look for their edging tape and contact paper. Get out the razor knife and in an hour you'll have a "wood finished" cabinet that will rival any of the "wood" dashboards in expensive cars.
We've got one coach owner that goes as far as to cut "dovetails" just to give it a more expensive look...LOL
We do similar things in our pup: we have a couple of the drawer units (not labled) for bread, snacks, etc and also a closet shoe storage bag that hangs over the hardwall of our bathroom. That bag is very handy for bug spray, suntan lotion and whatever. Good to see great minds think alike!

Not trying to start something, my question is just out of curiosity on my part: What the heck do you keep in your cabinets if your girlfriend does not like to bend over to get stuff out of them? Seems sort of like a waste of good storage space and then you have to tote and load extra plastic bins to keep stuff in. I don't mean to offend, just curious.
