I hope you plan on insulating your pole barn, if not it will be like rain falling in the mornings from the condensation dripping off of the metal on the inside. I would recommend installing large drive thru doors on both ends and leave them open.

Most modern RV's have an electric option for the water heater and the refrigerator. You could also run electric space heaters in the trailer. No gas is needed.
