My two Trojan T-105's were stolen a few years ago. I replaced them with the Costco batteries and have noticed absolutely no difference at all. If I were you, I would go with the Costco batteries since they are WAY cheaper and every bit as good as the more expensive Trojans.

One plus to the Costco ones is the Costco 1 year warranty - I don't think you'll find that with either the Trojan or Interstate batteries.

Another vote for the Costco or Sams Club 6V. I have had them for three years with no problems.

The only meaningful difference between the two brands is capacity. The Costco brand is rated at 215 AH where the Trojan T-105 is rated at 225 AH. This means the Trojans will give you a little longer time between charges, all things being equal.
The Costco brand is a great bang for the buck and many people have had long life from them. But you can't go wrong with the Trojans. Someone on the forums has reported getting 9 years of RV use from them. I don't know what the record is for the Costco brand is though. Anyone know?

I put T-105's in February 2003 and they still are going strong. When replacement time comes I will look at the price difference, but it would have to be signifigant for me to change brands. Not to be taken as a negative comment on Costco batteries but rather a 2 THUMBS UP for Trojans,

I priced them before the 1st of the year and there was a huge difference in price. The Trojans were a full 100% more than the
Costco batteries. I've heard there has been a big price increase since the first of the year, so don't know if Costco still is that much less, but if I could buy 2 batteries for the price of one, there is no doubt where my money would be spent.

I am currently running 4 costco batteries on my trailer. It is definately overkill, but I really like not having to worry about power any more. They are on their second year of operation, and I actually let one of the guys I camp with borrow two of them for a night because his glass mat batteries wouldn't recharge (they only take a sloooooow charge) I challenged him to kill them in one night. There wer icecicles on his trailer in the morning, he left most of his lights on and his heater blaring all night. the batteries held up perfectly. Upon arriving hone, he bought himself a set of Costco batteries.

Costco 232 amp hrs for less than $80 or Trojan 220 amp hr for $140+. OK Trojan is rated slightly less but somehow they have a great following so maybe they are better, a little. But for about half the price I will take Costco any day.
Remember it is just as easy to ruin an expensive Trojan as the lower cost Costco battery. Except with Costco you still have the money to get new if someone slips up with recharging or watering etc.
